Site Update #Project113

We are a few months into #project113 and thought it is time to provide a site update.

This pre-1911 project in New Farm has really taken shape over the last month. The existing house has been raised and framed up underneath, as the service trades start to commence their works. Our carpenters have been busy extending the existing floor and rooflines to create the open plan living that is essential in today’s homes. Doing all of this without compromising the traditional elements of the existing home.

The concrete pool shell has been poured in place, including the surrounding planter block work to the rear of the property. One of the many features of this home is the new timber deck that cantilevers over the glass pool window, showcasing brilliant design and construction methods. This area has now been framed and ready to lay the spotted gum decking that has been selected.

Next, our carpenters will frame the raking cathedral ceilings for the outdoor living space, ready for the roof to be installed before the Christmas break.
