“We recently built our home in East Brisbane with Allen Brothers and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
From the outset, Fraser and Kurt were transparent, honest, and great to work with. Their communication gave us confidence throughout, and it’s clear they take real pride in their work.
A standout for us was how thorough they were during the initial pricing phase. They took the time to properly understand and allow for each element of the build, drawing on their experience and data to rationalise costs. This meant there were no unexpected costs or variations, which is rare and made the process far less stressful.
The quality of the build is exceptional, with a high level of detail throughout. Our site was challenging, steep, restricted block but it was managed extremely well through careful planning and coordination of trades and deliveries.
Their use of Buildertrend was also excellent. Having access to daily updates, photos, and reports provided great transparency and kept us informed at all times.
All of their staff and trades were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with, which made the experience even better.
Overall, their professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in their work really set them apart. We would highly recommend Allen Brothers to anyone looking for a high-quality builder, especially for more complex projects.”
